I never thought in a gazillion years I'd say this but here goes... I need this Miley Cyrus outfit. I'm obsessed! I've never really been able to relate to any of the pop princess' sartorial choices as I tend to lean towards a long black dress vs. a leather bikini top to wear on my birthday.
