WEB/TECH: Emi Loses to Pink Floyd in Online Sales Battle
A UK judge has ruled that a mid 1990's contract between Pink Floyd and EMI that includes maintaining the artistic integrity of each album release does not allow EMI to sell single tracks on iTunes and other online outlets. But the court stopped short of making EMI pull the tracks down.
