(AllHipHop News) Fans of Waka Flocka Flame were disappointed when the Atlanta rapper refused to perform at a charity concert in Melbourne, Florida, due to a dispute with the promoters of the event. The rapper was slated to hit the stage at Levelz nightclub during a charity event dubbed "Hip Hop For Hunger" in Brevard County, Florida on November 18th.
