Disney's billion-dollar franchise -- Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana -- is moisturizing up a storm, gobs of the silky stuff oozing from a tube inside a purse the size of, well, a pumpkin. "That thing is just huge," an incredulous Ryan Seacrest says as he talks up the teen queen during her recent visit to his radio show to promote "Hannah Montana: The Movie," which opened Friday. "What do you keep in there?"
