photos: Monolith Festival '08

Although the stunning venue and perfect weather might've played a small part, the 2008 Monolith Festival was one of the most enjoyable festival-going experiences I've had in a long time. Not sure if it topped day one, but here are some highlights from day two: All 4'11" of Sharon Jones absolutely killed James Brown's "It's a Man's Man's Man's World," Band of Horses played a couple of great new songs and a rad Them Two cover, Tilly and the Wall's new stuff sounded surprisingly great, and Lovefoxx...
