Rare Joy Division outtakes set for release as Peter Hook accuses sound engineer of extortion

The bass player Peter Hook has accused a studio engineer of trying to extort money out of him and former bandmates in exchange for rare tapes of them playing during their New Order and Joy Division heydays – stopping him from releasing them to the public.
