Rogers Waters PR Campaign Mars Elliott Smith Memorial Wall

As part of a new publicity campaign for his upcoming The Wall tour, one-time Pink Floyd leader Roger Waters is covering New York and L.A. with "projections, wheat pastings, and chalk drawings" of an anti-war quote from President Dwight D. Eisenhower, according to a press release. The Banksy-style marketing scheme is pretty lame, but what do you expect from Roger Waters at this point? But, as LA Weekly reports, one of the glorified ads made its way onto the Sunset Boulevard wall seen on the cover...
