As part of a new publicity campaign for his upcoming The Wall tour, one-time Pink Floyd leader Roger Waters is covering New York and L.A. with "projections, wheat pastings, and chalk drawings" of an anti-war quote from President Dwight D. Eisenhower, according to a press release. The Banksy-style marketing scheme is pretty lame, but what do you expect from Roger Waters at this point?
