(Just Heard) Northern Spy Records to release Gary Lucas' Cinefantastique; tour announced

Gary Lucas, world famous guitar impresario who discovered and worked with the likes of Jeff Buckley and Captain Beefheart, announced that he'll be releasing his Cinefantastique album through Northern Spy Records in October. The record consists of all film scores reinterpreted as finger-picked tracks, and Lucas has taken the project on the road and played it mostly improvised.
