[Outside Lands '09] TV on the Radio (Saturday - 5:40 PM)

The last (and first) time I saw TV on the Radio was earlier in the summer, also in an outdoor festival setting. Little had changed since watching them at Bonnaroo, Kyp and Co. always take the stage with an infectious energy.
