(Scene and Heard) The Uncluded and Hamell on Trial at Knitting Factory
On Saturday, June 1st, The Uncluded (Kimya Dawson and Aesop Rock) made their New York City debut performance at Brooklyn, NY's Knitting Factory in support of their record, Hokey Fright. The show featured an opening set by Edward James Hamell, who records music under the moniker Hamell on Trial. After the show, Kimya Dawson kept her word of promising to hug the shit out of the audience by walking into the crowd and hugging everyone. Aw!
