'The Hunger Games' soundtrack to showcase USC pop music students
USC's popular music degree program was showcased to the public Sunday with a six-hour festival featuring 17 acts. USC students get onstage and perform, while others help organize, promote and run the festival. Two students will be heard on the forthcoming multi-artist soundtrack to “The Hunger Games,” alongside tracks from Taylor Swift, Maroon 5, Miranda Lambert and the Arcade Fire, the Decemberists and the Civil Wars.
