v6357, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - Monday October 19, 2009. The German band 'Tokio Hotel' causes quite the frenzy outside of the "It's On with Alexa Chung" show. The pop rock band tried to sign as many autographs as they could, but their screaming fans were too numerous. One fan even had a full sized blanket with lead singer Bill Kaulitz's face on it.
