Beck, Devendra Banhart, and Caetano Veloso performed together in support of the Museum of Contemporary Art’s fundraising dinner orchestrated by artist Doug Aitken. Accompanied at the event by lit-up pipes, cattle auctioneers and sonic tables, these three complemented each other’s music while big-wigs enjoyed their meal. From Devendra’s expressive mouth, to Caetano’s soaring eyebrows, to Beck’s shifty shoulders: they all work well together.
