(April 19) -- Americans don't trust their government, but foreigners are feeling pretty good about America. That's the upshot of two new public opinion polls, which not surprisingly are being seized on as a referendum on President Barack Obama. Really, though, they mostly provide a referendum on the shortcomings of polls.
