Over the weekend, Chromewaves posted the very first taste of the latest single (out May 4) from UK retro-poppers Lucky Soul, an ultra upbeat collision of 60's and 70's pastiche (girl group vocals and handclaps + disco lasers + sweeping strings) called "Whoa, Billy."
