(AllHipHop News) A crowd in Schaumburg, Illinois became rowdy on Friday (July 23rd) after rapper Snoop Dogg missed an appearance. According to reports, Snoop was supposed to perform at the John Barleycom restaurant and club. The rapper’s management said the rapper didn’t feel safe driving from Chicago due to a storm that evening.
