After tour, the Dead may live again in the studio

The spring United States tour by The Dead may well be the first step toward turning the band into a recording entity again Ã‚Â— or at least thatÃ‚Â’s what the surviving members of the Grateful Dead hope. Ã‚Â“I would think that if we stay on this path, thatÃ‚Â’s inevitable,Ã‚Â” says percussionist Mickey Hart. The Dead is in Chicago on May 4-5.
