Alexei Perry leads Handsome Furs into Soundlab

With the video for its album's first single, HANDSOME FURS manage to put an in-die rock spin on Michael Jackson's “Thriller.” And this before the pop icon's untimely death. In it, singer, guitarist and infected zombie Dan Boeckner terrorizes his real-life wife keyboardist Alexei Perry. Handsome Furs plays at 9 p. m. Saturday at Soundlab (110 Pearl St.). Perry spoke to us about the video and seeing the world with her significant other.
