Amanda Bynes Isn't Going To Let A Suspended Drivers License Stop Her From Terrorizing The Streets Of L.A.

Amanda Bynes, seen above wearing her favorite driving mask, reportedly had her drivers license suspended by the DMV a few days ago, because she's been charged with two hit-and-runs and because  cross-eyed toddlers with bear claws (the morning time pastry, not the claws of a bear) for hands drive their Big Wheels better than she drives an actual car.
