Anat Cohen and WSU big band to play free concert Friday
Anat Cohen, an Israeli-born clarinetist and tenor saxophonist whose career has been on an upward trajectory for several years, will be performing at the Detroit Jazz Festival in September. But she's also participating in the festival's educational and outreach activities, including appearing Friday with the Wayne State University Big Band in a free lunchtime concert at Campus Martius Park in downtown Detroit.
