Another name left out of the Grammys' "In ... [Omissions]

Another name left out of the Grammys' "In Memoriam" montage: Dave Matthews Band saxophonist LeRoi Moore, who passed away last August. Given the Dave Matthews Band's stature (not to mention its cash-generation ability), this only further adds to my questions about just how the Grammy producers figure out who "rate" a mention during the package.
