Arianna Afsar Wins Miss California, Will Compete in Miss America

Season 8 Semi-finalist, Arianna Afsar was crowned Miss California last night and will be competing in the Miss America pageant in January. You may (or may not, I had to watch her audition again) remember her as the high-school girl who sang “Put Your Records On” and had started an “adopt a grandfriend”  program to help elderly folks in nursing homes.
