BRIAN MCCOLLUM: Rothbury is gaining ageless credibility

We've seen plenty of Bob Dylan in Michigan in recent years. But we may not have seen him quite like this. The grizzled rock poet is among the top tier of names on the bill for this summer's Rothbury music festival, joining a list of 66 artists announced Monday by producers of the second-year event.
