Beyoncé chills backstage with Bill Clinton on her birthday

Beyoncé rang in her 35th birthday with her hubby Jay-Z on Sunday, Sept. 4, at the Budweiser Made in America Festival in Philadelphia. Interestingly enough, the "Hold Up" singer spent some quality time with the former President Bill Clinton backstage during the show.
