Kim and B stepped out as friends as Kanye West and Jay Z performed their Watch the Throne U.K. show in Birmingham. So now that their friendship is public, what are the stipulations. A source tells the Daily News Kim is abiding by the unwritten rule that she is not allowed to blast to the world her business with B and Jay, who are obsessively private. Kim reportedly is not allowed to text or tweet about Beyonce. Kim is not allowed to take pictures of her and B together.
