Ultra-skinny Blake Lively looks like she could do with a slap-up meal if this snap's anything to go by. The Gossip Girl star, 23, has in the past said she "panics" when she wears a skimpy outfit. But she looked wafer-thin in a tight leather skirt and yellow Louboutins as she arrived for the "Live with Regis & Kelly" show in New York.
