Despite having a job as a judge on the X Factor that pays her 15 million dollars a year, Britney Spears can't get out from under conservatorship that's been in place since 2008, according to reports. Britney's father and lawyer Andrew Wallet are in charge of both her personal and business matters, while her fiance, Jason Trawick, has some control over her personal matters.
