A Charity for children has been short-changed after a buyer backed out of their winning bid for Oasis tickets.The bidder sealed the pair of passes for the band’s date at Sunderland’s Stadium of Light with the offer of £1,000, during a charity auction, at the Variety Club’s tribute to Tim Healy and Denise Welch, earlier this year.
