Here’s a very changed Ciara, in a way that some hip-hoppers might die of envy will some of the fans might confuse her with a low life criminal. I will give her credit for wearing that transparent black top, and I do appreciate the missing bra, but I can’t stand her hair. Why is she going with that haircut? Is she trying to look manly?
