Coroner Reveals Drugs Found In Brittany Murphy's System
The Los Angeles County Coroner has released the list of drugs that were found in Brittany Murphy's system including elevated levels of hydrocodone, acetaminophen, and chlorpheniramine as well as L-methampthetamine.
The coroner's report explains:
"It should be noted that the pattern of use of these medications suggest treatment of symptoms of a cold or other respiratory infection. [...]
