• Jessica Simpson may be in New York City for meetings, but the singer, who's in talks to be an X Factor judge, has also been enjoying the company of fiancé Eric Johnson - and several Big Apple eateries. One stop on her dining itinerary: perennial favorite Dos Caminos, where she enjoyed Mexican food earlier in the day. That night, Simpson and Johnson stepped out again, this time for dinner at hotspot ABC Kitchen.
