DEFTONES Frontman CHINO MORENO's SAUDADE Project Planning To Release More Music

DEFTONES singer Chino Moreno has told TeamRock that his new band SAUDADE has a number of new songs in various stages of completion. The ethereal outfit also includes BAD BRAINS guitarist Dr. Know, BAD BRAINS/CRO-MAGS drummer Mackie Jayson, jazz keyboardist John Medeski and bassist Chuck Doom, who also plays with Moreno in CROSSES. SAUDADE in April released a track, also called "Saudade", that is available on BitTorrent. And now Moreno says that the group has another "12 to 13 songs" written. ...
