David Garrett to visit US behind self-titled set

German-American violinist David Garrett [ tickets ] will kick off 2010 with a slew of club and theater performances scattered throughout the US behind his recently released eponymous album. Beginning Feb. 16 in Dallas, the string virtuoso will take to the road for a 22-date trek that works its way from the East Coast to the West, and will wrap up the run with an April 7 concert in Fort Lauderdale.
