Defamation Lawsuit Against The Game Dismissed

A judge has dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed in North Carolina against Compton rap star The Game.   The lawsuit stemmed from an incident in October of 2005 at Four Seasons Towne Center in Greensboro.   Members of the rapper’s entourage were filming The Game walking through the mall donning a Halloween mask, preparing for an appearance at Winston-Salem State University.   Security guards approached his entourage and ordered them to stop filming, per mall policy.
