Department of Eagles Collect Archival Material on New Album

Department of Eagles, the languid and spacey duo of Grizzly Bear's Daniel Rossen and former college roommate Fred Nicolaus, were working on music long before releasing the BNM'ed 2008 album In Ear Park.
