Devo is finally recording a follow up to Smooth Noodle Maps, hitting the studio almost two decades after plopping out that final (until now) non-archival and/or child-fronted full-length. Despite being completely unable to articulate why I feel this way other than blind spuddish fanboyism — especially since their later work is...not super — I'm kinda confident (or at least hopeful) that this record will be entertaining.
