Dolly Parton 'disappointed' she can't adopt abandoned Glastonbury dog

It had all the makings of a fairytale ending after an abandoned dog was found at Glastonbury festival last month and headlining star Dolly Parton came to the rescue, volunteering to adopt the canine. But the stray pooch has been handed back to its owners after the RSPCA said they had 'no other option' to reunite them.
