Doves @ House Of Blues, San Diego 5/14/09

Last night Doves picked up where they left off in 2005, opening their US tour in the city that closed it last time through. Photographer Andrew Youssef was there, and he tells us that "Pounding" was restarted due to Jez missing his guitar part, but otherwise Doves were flawless. The set ended with "There Goes The Fear" melting into a percussive jam, during which the band handed out tambourines and drumsticks to the crowd.
