Emerging: Fredrick Carlsson

In what is really only the second time (in our memory at least) that we've added a remixer to our cast of "emerging" artists, the Gothenburg, Sweden-based Fredrick Carlsson is certainly as worthy of this crown as the man before him: Mr Vega.  The beats and melodies he employs in the two remixes we've offered up here (one of Hammarin & Robin's "Lingering Regret", the other of Digitalism's "Taken Away") perfectly exhibit a heightened sense of pop and fun, meshing the stutter-step and effect...
