Eric Clapton plots solo shows

Just days after unveiling plans for a handful of joint performances with Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton [ tickets ] has announced that he will team with for a 2010 solo tour with fellow rock legend Roger Daltrey of The Who. After polishing off a four-city, mid-February stint with Beck, Clapton will set out on the solo run starting Feb. 25 in Pittsburgh, and currently is scheduled to hit nearly a dozen cities in the East, Midwest and South by mid-March.
