Esperanza Spalding maps summer tour plans

Jazz bassist and singer Esperanza Spalding will keep herself busy on the road this year with a festival-heavy schedule that stretches into the summer months and beyond. Spalding and her group have dates lined up through the end of the year, starting with a June 5 appearance at Burlington, VT's Discover Jazz Festival.
