Evan Dando mounts solo headlining tour

Evan Dando [ tickets ] will set out on a solo trek later this month, performing older tracks from his days as frontman of The Lemonheads [ tickets ] as well as some of his solo material. The outing kicks off Jan. 29 in Hoboken, NJ, and will include opening support from The Candles, the debut solo project from veteran sideman Josh Lattanzi (Lemonheads, Ben Kweller, Albert Hammond, Jr.).
