As Pitchfork reported last night, Vampire Weekend frontman Ezra Koenig has covered a Paul Simon track for the soundtrack to a forthcoming Max Winkler comedy titled ‘Ceremony’. Performing a version of Papa Hobo he guests along some big names, with tracks from Pete Townsend, Ringo Starr and Van Dyke Parks also included. The majority of the score has been devised by Eric D.Johnson of Sub Pop band Fruit Bats.
