Los Angeles neo-psychedelic rockers West Indian Girl--featuring Robert James, Francis Ten, Mark Lewis, Amy White and Mariqueen "Q" Maandig--seem to have their collective act together as they gain an ever increasing fan base. In 2004, they released their self-titled debut album, followed in 2006 by a remix.
