Foster the People: Pumped Up Kicks

Are Foster the People the Drums of this summer? I gotta say, their single Pumped Up Kicks makes for a great summer anthem. NPR has a cool interview with the lead singer in which he talks about how the Beach Boys were a huge influence for him musically. He also talks about how his dad encouraged him to pursue music.  Great song and a solid album if you like indie/synth influenced tunes. YouTube
