Sienna Miller won £53,000 at the high court last year for pictures taken around the world. Miller claimed that relentless pursuit by photographers had made her life "intolerable". The case, based on anti-harassment laws, invoked privacy rights and led to an agreement that Big Pictures would stop pursuing her.
