So, Sir Michael Eavis (ok, no Knighthood yet, but hell, after the weekend just gone he's surely on the cards for one), has declared that he has already lined up 2011's Glastonbury festival headliners. But who has Saint Michael (seriously, it was that good a festival) booked?
