Grateful Dead’s “Row Jimmy” Redone by The Decemberists
Finally, a reason for me to break in that Wavves weed grinder: The Decemberists covering The Grateful Dead’s “Row Jimmy.” It’s got a little more shape and warbling, nasally vocals than the original, but it’s equally chill worthy. I feel it’s more appropriate to sing “roll, Jimmy, roll,” as you pull out some papers and slowly do a stoner version of the chicken dance.
