Grizzly Bear - He Hit Me And it Felt Like A Kiss (Crystals cover)

As previously documented on this blog, Grizzly Bear’s ‘Veckatimest’ is one of our favourite albums of the year. Tomorrow, the band are being joined by the London Symphony Orchestra at the Barbican , which sounds like it will be fantastic. The band took time out from rehearsing with the LSO this week, to record a session for Zane Lowe at Maida Vale. The highlight of which was their fantastic cover of The Crystals paean to domestic violence, ‘He Hit Me And it Felt Like A Kiss’...
